Q: How long will my order take?
A: Usual delivery time is up to 12 weeks. We return it to you via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Q: How will I be sure that I receive back my loved ones remains within the memorial?
A: We operate under stringent guidelines to ensure there is no cross contamination of remains. At all times during the manufacturing process your order is overseen. Only one item is produced at any one time and you are very welcome to be present whilst your memorial glass is being made by appointment.

Q: Can I have something different to what you have in your brochure?
A: We are happy to look and price up any item that you request.

Q: Can I have my item engraved?
A: Yes, please fill in the words on the order form. We include a fifteen character message on all of our glass items however engraving will be at extra cost of £6 per character on silver and gold of the jewellery and remembrance bookmark.

Q: What happens if I break the item?
A:  We advise that you retain a small portion of the remains if at all possible to avoid the heartbreak of such and eventuality. Adding your memorial glass to your household insurance should cover the cost of re-making your item.

Q: Can I come to your showroom and deliver the ashes and see examples of your work?
A: Yes, you are welcome to visit at any time by appointment.

Q: I would like a ring but don't know my finger size. What should I do?
A: We will send you a ring sizer with your order pack, simply follow the instructions and return it together with your order form.
